Background Information

Lewyn, Ryelon and Farra explore the outer courtyard and gardens of the abandoned temple of Nephythys.

Apogee 24, Year 820 (Abandoned Temple of Nephythys)

• The party wakes up and slowly, their vision returns. They head for the ruins to the west.
• At first, they explore the outer courtyard, where they find statues long desecrated, covered in marks and graffitis of servants of Vylthymys. The main gate is blocked and another way in will have to be found. They find nature spirits roaming, some tortured, which they need to fight to give them freedom again. They find a seed of revival, which they use to give life back to a part of the courtyard. They befriend the spirit of a squirrel, which lead them toward an underground tunnel from the building where they had slept, into the temple.
• In the main garden of the temple, the party find it overgrown with twisted and mutated plants, filled with more roaming nature spirits. They also find more statues, some with symbols of Nephythys that, upon touch, grants special protections. At the centre, they find the statue of a unicorn who asks them to activate the remaining symbols of Nephythys before proceeding to the Hall of Worship located deeper in the temple.
• As they explore, Lewyn, Myelin, and Farra gets more and more afraid of what is at the heart of the temple. They heed the warning of the unicorn, and decides to go activate the symbols of Nephythys next.
