The blue slime can be found is damp undergrounds and passage ways. It attacks with whip like attacks. It is weak against fire.
Note that slimes can merge to create a single and stronger slime. In that case, HP and MP are cumulative. Absorption and magical resistance is increase by 5 for any slime that merges. Damage is increased by +1 for each slime that merges, and an additional dice is added for each 5 slime that merges. Finally, Evasion receive a penalty of -1 for each slime merges. Size is increase by the number of slimes.
