Véra is a middle sized city located in the Netherworld. It's name means truth, and it was the first city founded by Lyna di Stav'an in her quest to unit the struggling groups of the Netherworld. It can be reached through an entryway located on the south shore of the lake of Stars, and being so, it is fairly close to the city of Telstar.
The city is located on what looks like a floating island in a immense cave. It can only be reach by a single long and narrow bridge. Torches and candelabras light the way to the city. From afar, the fire burning on top of it's highest tower invites those in danger to behind it's wall to be protected.
The true origins of Véra are unknown.
